The unit is currently registered in British Columbia. It may still show Alberta registration, but the buyer can confirm transfer details with their local registry.
This model has a front living room layout with a separate living area, kitchen, and rear bedroom.
The front living area includes two opposing sofas, theater seating, an entertainment center with TV, and an electric fireplace. Large windows provide good natural light.
The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, solid surface countertops, double sink, oven, and good cabinet and pantry storage. There is plenty of counter space for food preparation.
The rear bedroom includes wardrobe storage and built in cabinets. The bed frame fits a standard king size mattress. No mattress is included.
The RV has a rear full bathroom with sink, shower with skylight, and toilet. A second half bathroom is located off the main living area. Washer and dryer hookups are installed.
Climate control includes three air conditioning units and a propane furnace. Ceiling vent fans are installed in the living area and kitchen.
This RV is equipped with six point hydraulic auto leveling, five slide outs, dual propane tanks, power awnings, and large pass through storage. A generator is installed.
Maintenance during ownership included replacing the heater diode, resealing skylights, and general upkeep. The unit was winterized before being placed into storage.
Minor cosmetic wear from normal use is present but nothing major.
The oven pilot currently needs to be lit manually because the auto ignition switch is not working. The repair cost can be deducted if the buyer prefers to fix it.
The sale includes the shore power cable, a 50 to 30 amp adapter, and a surge protector.
