The island is very unique and well preserved. A few nuances are that you cannot camp on the lot while building and you must build 1000sqft minimum. Mobile home are ok... Through the HOA you get marina access, golf , etc. You also get discounted camping and marina slippage, 14 days free per year for either.

Water and power are in at the street. Building permits are done through Pierce Co and resubmitted again locally on the Island.
