Do you or a loved one find that barriers prevent you from partaking in activities that you once enjoyed? Do you find yourself socially isolated or in need of a little help to get out and about? Do you have a parent who would benefit from an extra social visit or two during the week or a loved one in the hospital who could use some company or motivation to get back to enjoying life again?

I can help. My name is Kristen and I am a caring and enthusiastic Recreation Therapist with many years of experience working with older adults both in Long Term Care and Community settings. I also have experience working with adults and children with differing abilities.

-Social engagement and leisure activities ( such as conversation, reminiscing, games, crafts, walks)
-Outings and errands
-Light housekeeping assistance

-Post Graduate Certificate in Recreation Therapy
-Bachelor of Education with a specialization in teaching rural elementary years students
-Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology & Physical Education & Psychology
