We’re looking for a few Advanced Support and Recovery Specialists to join an insurance company permanently. Our ideal candidate is someone who has is empathetic, highly organized, and has excellent communication skills.

Training provided for first 3 weeks of the role. Your work will primarily be done over the phone but you may occasionally be required to travel to alternate locations like healthcare facilities and customer homes.
Managing case files one-to-one;
Supporting hospital discharge;
Coordinating between clients, healthcare authorities and providers;
Supporting customers and their families;
Building relationships with stakeholders; and
Collaborate with other claims specialists and health care professionals.
Undergraduate degree or diploma in a relevant field;
7 years experience in disability management or vocational rehabilitation;
Experience in customer recovery and case management;
Meet the requirements of the CRRA;
Excellent communication skills in English.
